MENTAL WELLNESS YOGA:
TRAUMA SENSITIVE YOGA

An accessible introduction to yoga perfect for beginners and all levels

Explore a slow, gentle, and balanced yoga flow through forms and postures designed to reconnect the body and mind. Experience choice and empowerment as you are offered a variety of options and modifications, creating a safe space to be fully present.

Designed from the trauma sensitive yoga model, sequences are similar each week so you can focus on mindfulness of your breath, slowing of the mind, and re-connecting with your body.

INFORMATION:

  • Wednesdays 4:15-5:15pm

  • We accept referrals at any timeif group is currently closed, referrals may join an interest list

  • Funding: Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna are accepted (subject to co-pay/co-insurance)

  • Private pay is $50/session

  • Location: 375 Horsetooth Suite 6-201

  • Facilitated by Ruth Krug
