NURTURING CONNECTIONS NOCO
Nurturing Connections NoCo is a program designed to support postpartum mothers* and their babies in building healthy, meaningful relationships during the postpartum period.
This program combines group therapy and mother*-baby support. Our goal is to promote maternal* mental health and build healthy parent-baby attachments. Individuals struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, birth trauma, or any other stressors around pregnancy/birth may benefit from this group.
*We welcome any birthing individuals, regardless of gender identity. As such, we will check in with each group member to ensure that parents' identities are incorporated into their treatment.

Funding: Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna are accepted (subject to co-pay/co-insurance)
