STEPHANIE RAYBURN

Marriage & Family Therapy Candidate

I have been serving families in the Fort Collins area for 10 years, first as a childbirth educator and doula, and now as a marriage and family therapist. I have a masters degree in marriage and family therapy from Colorado State University and am also working towards my doctoral degree in applied developmental science. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy and specialize in prenatal and postpartum support for all parents. I approach therapy from a strengths-based and attachment perspective and regularly use mindfulness and narrative techniques.

Becoming a parent is a transformational life experience, and one which can also bring many challenging and unique stressors - changes in relationships, identity, social roles, schedules, family systems, and more. I affirm and validate all the ups and downs of the process, and I support expecting and new parents in identifying healthy ways to meet challenges. I also support emerging parents in developing their sense of self as parents and navigating changing roles within their couple relationships and their family of origin. Parenting paths are as unique as the people who take them, but it does not need to be a lonely path. I'm here to support your journey.

MORGAN HOOVER

Registered Dietitian

I help mothers raising young children prioritize nutrition and other actions that
support their mental health. When it comes to coping with stress, most of us
know eating well, hydrating, exercising, and other habits can help us feel
better. However, it’s difficult to prioritize these due to daily stressors, demands
of parenting, conflicting nutrition information, lack of support for parents, and
so much more.

In our partnership, my role will be to provide a safe, supportive, and
collaborative space for you to explore what foods and habits make you feel
whole and happy. It would be an honor to guide you on your journey through
motherhood and empower you to care for yourself as well as you care for your
family.

Specialties/Services:

  • Nutrition coaching

  • Intuitive eating

  • Health At Every Size (HAES)

  • Body neutrality

  • Joyful movement

  • Mindfulness
