Seedlings is a support group for parents who are expecting an infant.

Seedlings is an art-based group for anyone who is currently pregnant. We hope to provide a welcoming space for you to connect with others and build a strong sense of who you are as a parent.

Over the course of the group, participants will be led through guided meditations, times of self-reflection and journaling, and a woven loom project.

Seedlings can help parents identify their parenting strengths, grow through personal reflection, build community, and become more mindful. The group is targeted to individuals in any stage of pregnancy.
