SEEDLINGS ART GROUP: SUPPORT FOR PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM
Seedlings is a support group for those who are pregnant or recently gave birth.
Over the course of the group we hope to provide a welcoming space for you to connect with others and build a strong sense of who you are as a parent.
Participants will be led through guided meditations and times of self-reflection through journaling and/or art-making.
Seedlings can help parents identify their strengths, grow through personal reflection, give and receive support, and become more mindful and connected.

We accept referrals at any time: if group is currently closed, referrals may join an interest list

Funding: Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna are accepted (subject to co-pay/co-insurance)
