Chase

Board Member

Chase Christensen works in brokerage at Cushman and Wakefield as a commercial real estate advisor/manager.  In his free time, he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, especially skiing and backpacking!

Chase joined the board because of his support of the Willow Collective’s mission.  Chase says, "I believe in making necessary resources available to all and removing barriers to make that possible.  The Willow Collective does that in our community for families with mental health needs."

RO (Rosa Ofelia)

Board Member

Rosa Ofelia, or “RO”, works at Poudre School District as an Early Childhood Family Mentor for the Head Start program and as a Spanish interpreter. Rosa loves her family and speaks both English and Spanish at home. She also loves to dance, especially belly dance, and has fun painting and decorating shoes.

RO joined the board because she knows it's hard for families to find the help they need, especially if they speak a different language. RO says, "I first learned about the Willow Collective by using their services myself. I believe we can make the world better and happier if we all work together. I want to help build a place where families can feel welcome and get the support they need. I want to be a voice for people who want to heal and grow with love and peace."

Sharon

Board Secretary

Sharon Plettner has been a Guardian ad Litem, Counsel for Youth and Respondent Parent Counsel in Colorado for 30 years, working with families involved in the social services system. She is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin and a diehard Packers fan (she's waiting to see what the Jordan Love era brings - GO PACK GO!) Her other love is rescuing senior beagles, including her current dogs - 14-year-old Shelby and 17-year-old Stanley.

Sharon joined the board because quality and consistent mental health services are critical to supporting and maintaining families. Sharon says, "The Willow Collective recognizes the need to build strong and healthy connections during all stages of child development and the importance of working with all caregivers to support the unique needs of each family."
