
CIRCLE OF SECURITY: PARENTING
A compassionate program to support parents in building strong & trusting relationships with their young children.
Circle of Security: Parenting is a group workshop for parents of young children (5 or under).
In this 8-10 week program, parents reflect upon their child’s emotional needs and how to sensitively respond. The goal is to foster a secure attachment, which contributes to lifelong well-being. The group consists of educational videos, reflective questions, and group discussions.
INFORMATION:
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm OR Tuesdays 10-11am.
COSP is offered four times a year, and it begins once we reach minimum enrollment (6-8 parents).
Group either virtual via Zoom OR in person at our offices, with child care provided.
Billing: Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, or sliding fee scale
Group is in English

We sometimes offer a free/donation-based introductory workshop before the formal 8-10 week group.
